REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Dahil Bar, every candle is individually hand-poured and crafted after your order is placed. We do not carry pre-made inventory. Each piece is created specifically for you.

By placing an order with Dahil Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

All Dahil Bar candles are produced after purchase.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and detail are natural and part of the artisanal process.

Production begins shortly after an order is received. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If production has started, the order is considered in process and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Bulk & Event Orders

Orders of 10 or more candles are considered bulk or event orders.

Bulk and event orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund once production begins.

Materials and production time are allocated specifically for these orders.

Any exception made is at the sole discretion of Dahil Bar and does not establish a future obligation.

Returns

All sales are considered final once production begins.

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products:

• Used candles cannot be returned
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable
• Sale items are final sale
• Bulk orders are non-returnable

We do not accept returns based on scent preference, personal taste, or change of mind.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us via email at hello@dahilbar.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged product
• The packaging
• The shipping box

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item.

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dahil Bar is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
