Shipping Policy

At Dahil Bar, each candle is individually hand-poured and made to order. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Because our candles are handmade, larger orders or bulk purchases may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within:

• United States
• Puerto Rico
• Canada

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations outside of Canada.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other reliable shipping partners.

Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dahil Bar is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Dahil Bar considers the order fulfilled and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, Dahil Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Bulk Orders

Orders containing 10 or more candles may require additional processing time due to the handmade production process.

If additional production time is required, we will notify the customer.

Miami Local Delivery

Select items from the Miami Exclusive Collection are available for local hand delivery or pick up within South Florida.

These items are designed for local delivery or pick up only due to their delicate sculptural design and to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery scheduling will be coordinated after the order is placed.
